We are proud to welcome the Swedish 14-year-old tech and entrepreneur prodigy Hugo Falk to Silicon Valley. Hugo started coding at the age of five, built a successful app when he was 12, and is soon to launch his latest business innovation. He has been compared to Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates, and has met Tim Cook in person. This week, he’s been invited to attend Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose. Next week, he will return to Sweden to finish 8th grade.

Today the Swedes celebrate Swedens National Day, June 6th. This is the date on which Gustav Vasa was crowned king in 1523, which laid the foundation of Sweden as an independent state, and on which a new, important constitution was adopted in 1809. A day to celebrate!
